At The Grill Guys, our story is rooted in a family tradition of serving our community with excellence. Founder Jack's journey began while working at his family's local hardware store Cornell’s True Value in Eastchester, NY. Where he specialized in grill sales, setup, and maintenance.

In his role at the hardware store, Jack was entrusted with selling and setting up new grills, as well as overseeing the grill servicing program at Cornell's. This included comprehensive services such as pick up, cleaning, inspection, and repair, all offered at no additional cost aside from the necessary parts. When Cornell's discontinued their grill cleaning program, Jack saw an opportunity to continue serving his loyal customers independently. As a result, he became known as the go-to 'Eastchester Grill Guy',.

The Grill Guys was created, with Jack adopting a similar customer-focused approach. Today, as an LLC, we leverage Jack's 12 years of grill servicing experience and 8 years of business ownership to deliver exceptional service.

Inspired by his family's legacy, Jack's wife serves as his co-founder, making The Grill Guys a true family endeavor. Together, we're committed to upholding the values of quality service and customer satisfaction that have defined us since day one.
